The founders.

Evren Ak

Co-Founder & Industry Strategist

Evren brings the industry side: business development, design and sales in Kitchen & Bath.

He has sat on the showroom side of the desk and knows how a design appointment, a quote and a long decision cycle actually go, which is what decides what we build and what we measure.

Okan Barlas

Co-Founder & Technology Strategist

Okan brings the technology side: information technology, digital systems, marketing technology and AI automation.

He builds the systems a Kitchen & Bath business runs on, from the website and the CRM to the workflow automation and the AI phone answering, and the measurement behind them.

Why we started BrioWise.

The Kitchen & Bath industry is full of good businesses: real showrooms, real craft, and owners who know their product and their customers. Most of them are sold marketing by generic agencies that measure in clicks and have never watched a $30,000 decision take three to nine months from the first inquiry to the signature.

That gap costs more than ad spend. Campaigns are tuned for inquiries rather than kept appointments, follow-up is left to whoever has a spare hour, and the technology arrives as a box of tools nobody on the team has time to wire together.

We wanted one firm that knows the industry from the inside and can build the technology itself: one place to set the priorities, build the systems, run them, and report on what was actually sold.

What we kept seeing.

  1. Inquiries that never become appointments.

A homeowner writes in, hears back two days later, and has already booked with the showroom that answered within the hour.

  2. Appointments that are not kept.

A design appointment goes in the calendar and is quietly missed, because nothing confirmed it, reminded anyone, or made it easy to reschedule.

  3. Quotes and samples that go quiet.

A quote goes out, samples go home, and the conversation ends there, not because the customer said no but because the follow-up did not happen at the right moment.

  4. Marketing measured in clicks rather than in appointments and signed jobs.

The monthly report is full of impressions and click-through rates, and says nothing about how many design appointments were kept or how many jobs were signed.

How we combine the two.

Industry knowledge decides what to build and what to measure. Technology builds it and keeps it running. At BrioWise the two sit at the same table, so a decision about the sales process and the system that carries it are made together.

  • Strategy from the industry side.

Priorities, positioning, the sales process and what counts as a result are set by someone who has worked in Kitchen & Bath.

  • Systems from the technology side.

The website, the CRM, the automation and the measurement are built by the person who builds them, not specified and handed to a vendor.

  • One team for both.

The same two people set the plan, build the system and read the numbers, so nothing is lost between strategy and execution.

How we work.

  • We measure what you sell, not what we spend.

Reports are built on inquiries, kept appointments, quotes and signed jobs. Impressions and clicks are inputs, not the result.

  • You own everything.

The accounts, the data, the ad platforms and the systems are set up in your name and stay there. We work inside them.

  • We say what changed and why.

Every report names the specific changes made and the ones planned next, in plain language, so you can follow the reasoning and not just the numbers.

  • We say what we see, early.

We work best when the owner or a principal is part of the conversation and the goal is kept appointments and signed jobs. What we see, we tell you on the first call, not three months in.
